• Scholarships apply to registration fees and uniforms.
• Travel expenses and uniforms are not covered.
• Scholarships are awarded per season (Fall or Spring) and must be reapplied for before each season.
• All applications will remain confidential.

Eligibility Criteria & Documentation

• Household income must not exceed the Federal Poverty Level.
• Proof of Free/Reduced Lunch (FCPS), SNAP, or Medicaid enrollment.
• Families may be asked to provide:
  • Most recent tax return (if available)
  • Current rental agreement
  • Or an alternative form of verification (e.g., FCPS free/reduced lunch status letter).

Obligations of the Scholarship Recipient

• Player must attend all practices and games, unless excused by the coach.
• Parents must update TeamSnap for all practices and games.
• Players who miss more than 10% of practices/games will:
  • Be required to repay the full tuition amount for that season, and
  • Become ineligible for future scholarships.
• Scholarships are awarded with a 50% tuition discount and reviewed at the end of each season.

Commitment Agreement

• I have provided accurate information regarding my family’s financial situation.
• I understand that the scholarship covers 50% of tuition, registration, and uniforms, but not travel.
• I commit to ensuring my child attends all practices and games, unless excused.
• I understand that failure to meet attendance and commitment requirements will result in loss of the scholarship and repayment responsibilities.
• I understand scholarships are awarded one season at a time and will be reviewed at the end of each season.
