James Wray - Technical Director - USSF B License

James has been coaching in the area for over 15 years, with experience at LFC and Kings Hammer prior to joining Nedo. In addition to his role at Nedo, he has served as a staff coach for the Kentucky Olympic Development Program (ODP) and is currently the Head Coach for the boys team at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.
Rod Calderon – Director of Coaching - USSF C License

Rod provides leadership and vision that shape the culture and standards of our entire program. His commitment to excellence ensures consistency, accountability, and meaningful development for both players and coaches.In addition to his role as Director of Coaching, he is actively involved in elite player development as an ODP coach, where he works with top-level athletes and helps prepare them for higher levels of competition and and is currently the Head Coach of Tates Creek High School.
